Friday, December 31st, 2021 We celebrated with family in town. Lots of happy tears today, since James has come so far. James had his first taste of icing from his birthday cake. 🎂 Not enough to swallow, but just enough to taste it. We sang Happy Birthday with tears of joy. He got a bath and a late night puppet show from Juju. Crazy to think all that has happened in this last year. It went by so quick and yet it feels like such a long time ago when James was in the NICU a tiny 1lb micro preemie with the world praying for him. ❤️ In deep thought...
