The Journey of James Weston

Wednesday, January 11th, 2023 Last day on the ship! Before breakfast we checked James' temperature again. (Forgot to add that to the previous post, just updated!)  It was the same as late last night, just high enough to let us know he was probably fighting something. We gave him some more Tylenol and decided that we would stay on the ship today. Although Disney's private island Castaway Cay is highly recommended to us it just sounded like a beach with a barbeque lunch. Not worth it to get off, especially with James not feeling well and all of his medical equipment. About half of the ship's staff also got off the ship because it was the private Disney island, they were also the staff on the island. Looking at the itinerary Mom found something called "Toddler Time" in Andy's room. We went to go check it out and it was closed. Tuesday, January 10th, 2023 James started off the day taking selfies with Mom. 🤳🏻 Dad got up early to go to the gym and relax in the Rainforest Spa. You are able to pay for a room pass without booking services but it is limited to the first 60 passengers. 💆🏻‍♂️🚿 A few times we ordered room service in the morning and also at night. 🍽️ One of the big tips is to order coffee around 11pm and it will stay hot in the carafe all night, even 12 hours later. That way you don't need to get up in the morning to answer the door; the latest breakfast can be delivered is between 9am-9:30am. Most items are free, just need to give gratuity. 💵 James wore his new Mickey Birthday tee created by Aunt Robin. It said "James 2nd Birthday"! 🥳 At the breakfast buffet James was playing games with Mom, like hide and seek with the saline bullet cap. 🫣😂 It was also obvious that he already needed a nap.
