Friday, April 14th, 2023   While James was exploring the house you can see in a few of the photos where he was trying so hard to go feet first over the barricades versus climbing over the thin cushion next to it. Even though we are not holding his feeding pump during the short time he's wearing his backpack we still have to watch him 24/7 and help him get the most out of the time he has. James even scooted up to Mom's legs and gave her a hug. 🤗  As mom tried to cook in the kitchen James was distracted in his high chair playing with syringes. These were just slip tips syringes that we used to give his medicine not luer locks with needle tips. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🥣 James tried some Gerber Grain and Grow Oatmeal. It comes in a powder form and you can make it as then or thick as you want depending on how much water you add. This is great to try a transition James from purees to more solid foods.
