The Journey of James Weston

Monday, April 17th, 2023 James had early intervention therapy 🤸🏻‍♂️ in the morning and it was the first time this therapist got to see him scooting around with his backpack. He was also pretty vocal yelling at the top of his lungs! 🗣️  James spent some time upstairs after therapy. In the main photo it looks like he is telling Mom to "stop". 😂 Oh boy, here we go! His favorite activity currently is throwing all of his toys on the floor and then wanting them picked up! 🤰🏻 Mom got positive news today from her blood test that her HSG number was 135! James' first number was 137 so we are pretty happy with that! 👍🏻 Seeing a show he likes Throwing a tantrum because the show ended Cuddles 🤗 P.S. Friday, April 14th, 2023   While James was exploring the house you can see in a few of the photos where he was trying so hard to go feet first over the barricades versus climbing over the thin cushion next to it. Even though we are not holding his feeding pump during the short time he's wearing his backpack we still have to watch him 24/7 and help him get the most out of the time he has. James even scooted up to Mom's legs and gave her a hug. 🤗  As mom tried to cook in the kitchen James was distracted in his high chair playing with syringes. These were just slip tips syringes that we used to give his medicine not luer locks with needle tips. 🤦🏻‍♀️ 🥣 James tried some Gerber Grain and Grow Oatmeal. It comes in a powder form and you can make it as then or thick as you want depending on how much water you add. This is great to try a transition James from purees to more solid foods. We started off with the oatmeal just a tad thicker than a puree. Mom added maple syrup to give i...
