Day 786 - PT 🤸🏻‍♂️, Dollar Store Meltdown 😱, & Prunes 🥄

Friday, February 24th, 2023

Mom thought we had physical therapy at the hospital 🏥 at 9am, but it turned out that doesn't start until next Friday. However the therapist said that it would actually work out today because the other person had just called to switch to 9:30am. 😅 That was good because it was such a hassle just to get there! Moving forward we will have confirmed times for Monday and Friday mornings for PT at the hospital. James also has therapy Tuesday Wednesday Thursday. So there's therapy 5 days a week! It took James a while to calm down, since Mom again needed to stay in the lobby while the therapist took him back. You could hear him screaming throughout the entire place. 

Afterwards, Mom took James to the dollar store mainly to get new pool noodles. We needed to redo the bed railing covers since they were ripping. James picked out blue ones! Well James was pretty tired from PT and wanted to take an early nap. It was pretty obvious since he had a meltdown at the dollar store. Mom was getting a lot of sympathy from people as she tried to push around a double stroller with a screaming toddler through the mess of a Dollar general. Mom ended up switching his cap to an HME because he was so upset. It's always scary and you just don't know if he also needs help breathing. She knew that he was shortly be taking a nap as soon as we got in the car.

We fed James and prunes for dinner which she always loves. He also had a great time playing with his teething toys.
