Day 794 - Highchair Detailing πŸͺ›πŸ”§πŸ§ΌπŸ§½πŸͺ₯

Saturday, March 4th, 2023

Dad watched James in the afternoon while Mom ran errands. Mom needed to get out thank you cards for James' birthday. Yes it's been 2 months but we've also had 4 hospital trips so far this year, so we are giving ourselves grace. Finally found a Walgreens to print the photo cards. πŸ’Œ Mom picked them up and create a workstation in the car stuffing, addressing and stamping the cards. πŸ“‡ As she was sitting in the parking lot a man came up to her driver's side door and opened it. Even though this could have been a carjacking Mom's response was, "Oh hello!". He realized he had the wrong car. Then a whole minute later Mom's heart started racing. πŸ«€ That was a crazy delay! And good to know that's how a car jacking is going to go down. 🀣

In the evening, James pointed to a banana 🍌 so Mom gave him one. Within a minute he had mashed it open. So we let him explore it with a new spoon. It ended up being a huge mess. Chunks of banana falling into the crevices of the highchair. Mom needed to disassemble to deep clean the entire chair. It involved a screwdriver and  a wrench, essentially taking it down to the "studs". Mom hand washed all of the straps. It kinda like washing a carseat or stroller chair.

P.S. You can email James your love and support as often as you’d like. Mom and Dad read these email to James as they come in. We all love them! JamesWestonAbramowitz@gmail.com
