The Journey of James Weston

Friday, December 30th, 2022 Please note that updates will be on hold due to being out of the country without service. We will resume on Friday, January 13th. At that time, there will be 2 posts a day until we are caught back up. 😉 In the afternoon James met The Kimball's, some of Mom and Juju's friends that we hadn't seen in a few years. Then we met up with Grandpa Don and Dee in St. Augustine for a Horse and Carriage ride to see the Christmas lights. James pointed to the horses immediately; he was so excited! We ended the night at a night Italian restaurant where James ate lemons and tried pears too!  P.S. You can email James your love and support as often as you’d like. Thursday, December 29th, 2022 James went back to the mall with Mom and Juju to get some things finalized. In the late afternoon he attended his first Notre Dame prep rally for the Bowl game tomorrow. He was all ready in his new NF outfit but unfortunately his medport on his J-tube opened up and made a huge mess. James needed a whole wipe down. Thank goodness he received a bunch of awesome outfits for Christmas! Also realized that James went to his first movie in the theater on the 26th but forgot to post. Updated now. P.S. Wednesday, December 28th, 2022 Today James, Mom, and Aunt Robin went to meet up with Mom's friend Julia and her family. James got to hang out with her three adorable children. He really is very social! James was all smiles watching them bounce on a trampoline. He found so much joy in the others being happy that it made him smile just to watch. We did have him go down a tiny slide with Mom and Aunt Robin holding his arms up. James had no problem scooting around on the floor with sneakers on. He actually went pretty fast. All sudden he is a toddler now! On our way back home we found out that Juju's dog Champ wasn't doing well and they were at the vet. We decided to drive straight there so that Aunt Robin could be with him. Mom then ended up driving James back to the house while James took a nap in the car. Tuesday, December 27th, 2022 Today was it busy day for James. First he had a puppet show from Juju. James decided that he would try and stand up in the high chair. We love his desire to go but also keep a very close eye on him and he tries to do some Cirque du Soleil! James did quite a bit of tummy time today reaching for things. It really helps when he is using the arm of a chair or someone's leg to get in that tummy time position.  Mom and Aunt Robin took James for a drive and made a stop at hobby lobby for some craft supplies for our Disney Cruise. Yes did you know that decorating your stateroom door is a whole thing! Aunt Robin is also going to help us with her cricut by making some Disney/Marvel t-shirts. We also went to the St Johns Town Center to stop by Nordstrom's so Mom could find a fancy gown for Dad's upcoming Cutco sales banquet at the end of the year. This was James' first time in a fitting room! 😂 We did some exchanges and then got home pretty late. Oh a...
